When will I receive my purchase?
You get instant access to the source files, available to download right after checkout.
Can I use assets in multiple games or projects?
Yes, you can use any product you've purchased in as many games and projects as you'd like.
How do I add a product to my game?
If you received an .rbxl file, open it directly in Roblox Studio via File then Open. If you received an .rbxm file, drag it directly into your workspace.
How much do products cost, and can I pay with Robux?
Pricing varies by product, see each product page for the exact price. You can pay with either USD or Robux at checkout, USD pricing is up to 50% cheaper than paying with Robux.
What if I need support or installation help?

Do I have to pay for future updates or support?
No, support is always free. Any updates we publish for a product are also free for existing buyers. We don't offer custom changes, edits, or commissions, but bug fixes related to the product itself are always free.
Do I need to credit coldd in my game?
Credit isn't required when using our assets, although it's always appreciated if you do.
Can I make money off products I buy?
Yes, you can monetize and profit commercially from any product within your own games and projects. You cannot resell or distribute the source files themselves without an explicit resell licence.
Can I resell or redistribute coldd products?
Not by default. You can only resell or redistribute a product if you've purchased a specific resell licence for it, see our Resell Licence Terms for the rules that apply.
Can I edit or modify a product I've purchased?
Yes, you're free to update, modify, or edit any product you own to fit your games and projects.
